About the event
Few artists manage to excel equally as producers and DJs, but Fernando "Z@P" Zapico has built a reputation for doing exactly that. Hailing from Uruguay and shaped by the rich musical heritage of Montevideo's underground scene, Z@P has developed a distinctive sound that balances hypnotic grooves, subtle tension, and unexpected twists.
A longtime resident of Phonotheque and now based in Berlin, he has become one of the most respected names in contemporary underground electronic music. Whether behind the decks or in the studio, his ability to craft deep, immersive journeys has earned him releases on influential labels such as Time Passages, Cabaret Recordings, and My Own Jupiter, while taking him to some of the world's most respected dance floors.
